You find that your study load is too heavy. Write a letter to your college teacher explaining why you need to withdraw from two courses. Ask if it is possible to obtain a refund.
Dear Ms Smith,
I am Harry Singh, student of your prestigious institution. Recently I enrolled my self in two computer courses namely Web designing and Computer Animation, my enrollment id is CS1457. With due respect, I am writing this letter to withdraw my admission.
I found myself fortunate enough to secure a seat in two of the courses. I enjoyed those courses a lot initially as they were my hobbies but the endless assignments and tedious project work had overburdened me. As I enrolled myself into those courses to polish my skills but with my job and family responsibilities, I do not find myself benefiting from those courses.
Also my sister got her left leg fractured so I have to give much more time to family. I would not be able to continue these course. It would be really appreciated if you could offer my seat to some other student and refund my fee so that I could use that money for the readmission again next year or any other free time.
I will be grateful to you. Looking forward for a positive feedback from you soon.
Yours Sincerely.
Harry Singh
