Write a letter to a college principal, where you attended a one day computer course and are unhappy about the way it was conducted. Explain:
what was the type of the course
what happened and what can be done to make sure this problem never occurs again.
Dear sir,
I am Harry, Recently I and my friends attended one-day course in your newly established college branch at providence. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction from the course.
Like many of my friends, I was really excited for the course. we were astonished to see huge number of students who arrived to attend that course. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed by the arrangements. To start with, there were not enough seating arrangements, however we decided to attend the lecture standing. The voice of lecturer was really low; hence she was not audible to back benchers. Moreover, in this hot weather, there was not even water arrangements. As we forgot to bring water bottle we were thirsty all the time.
I request you to make groups of student instead of one batch for all the students. this would solve the seating problem and all the student would listen the lecture suitably. this way student could benefit from the course. also, it would be appreciated, if you could arrange drinking water for the students.
I hope you consider our problems seriously and implement the above listed suggestions to improve the situation.
Yours sincerely
harry.
