My name is Savita Paul student of 1st year B. Tech. (IT) from Rayat & Bahra Institute of management. I am wirting this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the " Auto Cad designer" computer cource which was held on dated - 27-07-2019. This session was deliver by Mr. Saxena.
I had attended this course with my two friends. There are so many lacking in training session. First, seating arrangements are not properly. So me and my friends had decided to attend this session standing mode. Secondly, the projector was not working propely. In addition, the voice of the lecturer was very slow, hence which was not audible for the back benchers.
I would like suggest to make all arangements in advance. Online booking would save time and also done seating arrangements properly. They can do set up check before starting the course.
I hope you will look into this problem seriously and implement the listed suggestions to improve the situation.
