Dear Sir,
I am, Bibhu Kalita - an employee of Tata Motors Pvt. Ltd, writing to you on behalf of my company to let you know about the likes and dislikes of the hotel. The meeting, which was organised in the conference hall, was end as per our expectation. All participants loved the ambience of the room, supporting staff behaviours and the state-of-arts facilities.
However, every participant showed discontent about the food, served during lunch time, which was served late and cold as well. In addition, food items were limited, not as per the decided menu especially the chicken items.
I can understand the rush on that day, as we were 150 participants, but it was informed well in advanced. Had you been hired some temporary supporting stuff, this issue could have been managed in proper way. Please do make changes in food menu after consulting with concern client only.
Hope you will look into my suggestions seriously in the future, and hope we will get better service in the next event!
