Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Deepti and I am one of your frequent customers. I am writing to let you know the problem I have with the portable hard drive I bought from your shop last week. I work as a Corporate trainer and I usually work from home. Hence, I was very excited about the new hard drive where I would save all my training materials. But, the hard drive failed to work only within a week.
Let me explain my situation. I connected the new hard drive and moved all my data from my machine to it. Although it took more time than expected, the data was successfully transferred. I ejected the hard drive safely and picked it up to put it inside my bag. To my surprise, the drive was very hot. I patiently waited for it to cool down and then plugged it again to my machine only to find out that it failed to read. I have now lost access to all my important documents and training materials. I called your customer care number and registered a complaint with them. Unfortunately, they asked me to hand over the hard disk at customer service department and wait for 3 days. But, I have a corporate training lecture in 2 days and with all my presentations and training materials inside the hard disk, it is impossible for me to deliver the training.
Would you kindly attend to my problem urgently and help me retrieve all my data by tomorrow? Since the hard drive is still in warranty, I would request you to give me a replacement once my data is completely recovered.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Deepti
