Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to raise concerns regarding dinner which I had at your restaurant “Silver Spoon” on Sunday evening. I had visited your hotel for celebration of my father’s 75th birthday on Sunday evening. I was accompanied by my father, mother & wife & the overall experience of the dinner was very unsatisfactory.
I had booked the table for 4 at 8 pm earlier that morning, but when we reached we were made to wait for 10 minutes for the table. Once we were settled, we ordered the dinner and to our disappointment the food was really sub-standard. The sizzler which we had ordered had uncooked chicken which I promptly showed it to the waiter and instead of apologizing he casually replied that we already have had similar complaints from other customer before but the chef simply doesn’t improve. The overall service was very unprofessional and disappointing which ruined the evening for our family.
Kindly take appropriate action against the waiter and try improving customer service along with that kindly take care of the food which is being served to the customer else it will create a huge problem for your hotel in future. Kindly revert back with an apology from you side and hoping for an improved service next time.
Regards,
Vishal Panda
