The illustrations represent the proportion of the population from various ages in two nations namely Yemen and italy in two separate years, 2000 and 2050.
Overall, it’s clear that there were dramatic changes in the figure for the population of different ages in both countries. Furthermore, there was a huge number of people from 15-59 years old while only a small proportion of who are older in 2000.
First of all, in the year 2000, Yemen saw a similar figure in the percentage of 0-14 years sector and 15-59 years sector, with 50.1% and 46.3% respectively. By contrast, 61,6% of people who were 15-59 years old in Italy, closely three times as the figure for over 60 years sector at about 24.1%.
On the other hand, over 5 decades, there will a gradual rise in the percentage of citizen from 15-59 in Yemen, it was predicted that will rise to 57.3% and account for the greatest in total. However, the figure for 15-59 years sector in Italy will drop by nearly 20% at the same time and replace by the growing rapidly of the older people from 24.1% to 42.3%.
