You are part of a group of musicians who meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings to practise in the community hall.
You have been told, however, that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall.
Write a letter to the manager. In the letter:
describe what the group does
explain why the group is good for the community
suggest alternative days and times for practice
Dear sir,
I am writing to request you for the permission to use the community hall in society for music practice every Tuesday and Friday evening. We got to know that due to some electrical fault we are not permitted to use the hall. we are a group of seven people and we always perform our musical show to collect charity for girl child education. However in next week we also having a live musical performance in Rajiv Gandhi college. Therefore I would like to request please permit us for the use of community hall.
Our group is also beneficial for community. We give free classes to people who are willing to learn music. some contribution of money use for hall maintenance too. It would be very humble if you allow us to use the hall for practice. I suggest that a time slot from 4 pm- 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday can be reserved. This can be further discussed and mutually agreed upon. I hope we have your cooperation and utmost support in keeping the cheerful moment alive and going.
Looking forward to hear from you.
