Dear Sir,
Greetings for the day!
I am Amanpreet Kaur, a resident of Patiala, Punjab, a regular reader of your newspaper, The Tribune, and through this letter, I want to obtain the contact information about one of my childhood friends. About whom you have published in your newspaper.
Kindly allow me to elaborate on this matter. Recently I read an article, which was written by one of your journal about the young artist on last Monday, When I saw this, I felt jubilant because the young artist was my childhood friend, with whom I lost contact ten years ago.
As his father was serving in the Indian Army due to this, he and his family shifted immediately from this city, after getting the transfer orders of his father. Further, I tried to get his new address details from our school, but they did not have any information available regarding his new address.
Could you please provide me, his contact details? If it is against your protocols, then could you share my contact number, which is 01134666 to him. If you help me through this, then it would be king gesture of you.
Looking forward to positive revert.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet Kaur
