Overall, there are seven main stages in the brick producing process, beginning with digging clay and ending with the delivery of bricks to the users.
First of all, clay is moved to metal by digger. Afterwards, the clay is moved to metal grid, and putted it through a sieve then it passes into the roller. Then the clay is mixed sand and water. After that, the bricks are made from the lay by the mould or the wire cutter. In the following stage, they are moved to dying oven for 24 to 48 hours.
Those bricks are fired in the kiln at a moderate temperature from 2000 C to 9800C then they are transfered to other kiln with a high temperature (8700C-13000C). In the next stages, they are treated in the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Finally, the bricks are packed and transported to customers.
