Overall, bricks manufacturing undergoes several steps beginning with digging up clay and ending with delivery finished products.
The first stage of bricks production is digging up clay from the ground with the help of the digger. Subsequently, this clay goes through the gird made of metal to break up into smaller particles under the assistant of the roller. In the following step, those clay particles are mixed with sand and water. Afterwards, this mixture is given the shape of bricks by using either wire cutter or mould. The next step is heating these bricks in drying oven during the period of 24-48 hours. Then, they are heated continuously in the kiln under the temperature from moderate level to high level, before being carried to cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Lastly, the last products are packaged and delivered to be ready for commercial.
