To begin, cacao trees are grown in south America, Africa, and Indonesia. Once the ripe red pods are harvested, white cacao beans are collected. Next, these white cacao beans are fermented. Following this, they are dried by spread them in sun.
When the beans are dried, they are put in large sacks. In the subsequent stage, these beans are transported to the factory by train or lorry. As soon as, beans are taken to the factory, they are roasted to 350 C. Soon after beans are crushed, outer shell are removed. In the final stage, the inner part of the beans are pressed and the liquid chocolate are produce.
