The charts below compare five different countries, showing the electricity used (measured in megawatts or MW) in a typical hospital during one week, and also the number of emergency medical calls made by local residents during the same week. The last chart shows the average time (in minutes) spent on assessing emergency cases by hospital medical staff before the patients are treated.
The given charts reveal some information about consumption electricity in hospital, number calls made by denizens and mean time for assessing emergency cases by hospital’s employment for six different countries.
As far as electricity used is considered, it goes through nuanced erratic changes throughout the week in France and japan with an approximately average 32 and 18 MW respectively. In Canada and Russia, consumption electricity modestly climaxes towards the end of week, 38 and 24 MW on Sunday respectively, while halving in value in Argentina.
As regard to number of calls, it considerably increases in Canada and Russia at the weekend, especially in Russia which doubles. Over the week in French and japan, the number of calls for both of them mildly rises and falls around 110 and 90 respectively. However, in Argentina, the number marginally slides down towards the weekend.
Turning to medium time spent by hospital staff for emergency cases, this average quite remain the same in whole the week in Argentina (12 minutes), albeit becoming twice times in Russia (from 12 to 28 minutes) by the end of the week. In France, Canada and japan, it experiences a period of volatility, with a more or less average 13, 11.5 and 15.5 respectively.
In summary, it seems there is a roughly direct relationship between the number of calls and electricity used. Although just in France, Russia and japan between the calls and average time assessment the same pattern can be seen.
