You recently ordered something online. When the delivery came it was not complete.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter:

explain the importance of this delivery
ask for a replacement item to be sent
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Bhawna Sharma, and I am writing in order to complain about the incomplete order that I received through your portal.
I recently ordered a Samsung A20 mobile phone with order id ‘AM78798’ during your ongoing Diwali sale and the same was delivered to me on 22nd Oct 2019. However, when I opened the case, I found the charger missing from the accessories. Moreover, the earphones that were shipped along with the phone does not seem to be working.
The mobile phone had a very special purpose as it was bought as a surprise Diwali gift for my father and the faulty delivery from your end has made all the efforts go down in vain. I am highly disappointed with this kind of service from an esteemed organization like yours. This negligence on your part has made the purchase unworthy.
To avoid further embarrassment, I would suggest you to kindly send me a replacement of this product at the earliest.
I look forward to receiving a replacement.
Yours faithfully,
Bhawna Sharma
