2) explain why they are so important
3) tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to ask you for some help in finding my personal documents, which I left in your hotel yesterday. This incident took place when I was returning after attending an official meeting at the hotel's conference room. At first, I thought that I lost my papers on my way home, but very soon I realized that I had forgotten these documents at the hotel. Now, I can clearly remember that the documents were placed on the table in the conference room.
These documents are very important to me because it contains some official confidential information related to government projects. In addition to that, it also contains my passport and some other personal identification documents. The official documents have some vital information related to future projects of the company, which should not be exposed or leaked.
I would be grateful to you if you could help me to keep them in a safe place. Moreover, I would like to request you to please deliver these critical documents to my address as soon as possible. I would be more than happy to pay for any transportation charges if required.
I am looking forward to hearing from you on an urgent basis.
Yours sincerely,
Matt Henry
