Austrailia, Switzerland and Iceland closely followed with about 12 % of increase while the lowest was seen in New Zealand and the USA with a growth rate of about 10 % each.
A similar trend was observed among women who were hired within ten years with New Zealand and the America which grew by 13 % while Australia and Switzerland made an increment of about 11 %. Meanwhile, the female employment in the UK and Iceland only rose up to 10 % making them the lowest among all countries.
