There have been some problems with the bus service, especially its reliability, in your area over the last two weeks.
Write a letter to the manager of the bus company. In your letter
• describe what the problems are
• explain how these problems are affecting you
• suggest what you would like the company to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring a problem into your knowledge. The public bus on Garden Housing route has not been arriving on time for the last two weeks. Due to this issue, I am unable to reach office on time, and I would like to suggest a solution to this problem.
The issue is that bus No. 201 arrives late every day. It has been reaching on its designated bus stops late for more than two weeks almost. Although I talked to the driver to ask about this issue, he did not respond me properly. I realized that he is the reason behind the issue as he seems very sleepy and lazy while driving.
This issue is not only causing me mental stress for being waiting for half an hour on the bus stop but also becoming a problem at my job place. Since my boss has warned me strictly yesterday and handed over me an explanation letter. I am feeling really stressed as I do not own private car and the only way to reach my office is through the bus.
I would like to offer a solution and that is to change the driver. On this route, post an efficient and active driver who could perform his duty with discipline and punctuality. I hope that you could comprehend my stress level and would agree to this suggestion.
I look forward to seeing your prompt action about resolving this issue.
Yours faithfully,
Syed Ali.
