you have brought a new camera but when you got it home you found it had some problems.
You returned the camera and spoke to the company representative a week ago, but the camera has still not been repaired.
Write a letter to the company.
In your letter:
Introduce yourself
Explain the situation
Say what action you would like the company to take
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Valli, and I have been a customer of your company for several years. I have confidently shopped at your premises, knowing that I would be completely taken care of in the event of a potential problem.
However, I have recently faced a predicament in dealing with your company that disappointed me greatly. To make a long story short, I had purchased a camera from your store, but upon taking it home and unboxing it, I found it to be faulty. Realizing that there always a probability of finding a faulty item at any store, I returned the camera for repair, relying on your company's immaculate after-sales services. To my chagrin, however, I am yet to hear back from the store and it has been a week since I have last spoken to them.
This is unfortunate that a great company like yours is damaging its reputation through potential errors of its representatives. I will be delighted if you either send me a new camera or refund me the entire sum I had paid for this faulty paraphernalia. If possible, get back to me at your earliest convenience.
Regards,
Valli
