Summarize the points made in the lecture about dinosaur fossils found, being sure to explain how they cast doubt on specific points made in the passage about findings on fossil bones.
The reading discusses the evidences found in newly discovered dinosaur. However, the professor in the lecture refutes these finding and provides three reasons to support his point of view about each finding mentioned in the reading.
First, the passage talks about the tiny channels, that it attributes them to blood vessels areas. But, the professor indicates that they may actually be originated from some other living creatures inside the fossil remaining. For example, he thinks that they can be the bacteria lived inside these hollow places after the dinosaur's death and their soft residues kept intact behind a layer of mineral during this amount of period.
Second, the article mentions the spherical materials discovered by microscopic study which it thinks to be red blood cells of the enormous animal. In contrary, professor in the lecture opposes with this agenda and he specultes that these things may be the remaining of reddish minerals gathered inside the animal's body cavities.
Third, the reading introduces finding of collagen in the dinosaur's leg bone. On the other hand, He illustrates that if these materials actually be collagen, they must be deteriorated by this time, since the collagen's life cycles are mostly about 100000 years. However, these substances were found in fossil remaining with far older ages near 7 million years when no collagen can be salvagable. He believes that these things may be the skin remaining of scientists probably attached to the bone.
