Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to enquire about a few things for the upcoming trip to Singapore that is being organized by the school for its student from grade 5-8. Allow me to elaborate.
Travelling with children can be quite a daunting task and requires parents to be with their kids all the time. However, I have previous experience of working as a boy scout and I think I have much experience in dealing with kids and would be an appropriate fit.
Since we are travelling with about 30 students, I think I can take care of at least 10 students at all the time. We can form 3 groups and I will take complete responsibility of one group and them being safe. I know it may sound a lot, but I have previous experience in dealing with kids and can do it very well.
Furthermore, I have been thinking about a few things which I would like to ask. Firstly, how many parents are coming along? Secondly, should we all decide on the school as the meeting place before departure? Lastly, should we send out a letter to parents to avoid sending children with cash and rather resort to prepaid cards?
I will be waiting for your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason
