I am John Smith, currently studying Masters degree in IT, living at campus accommodation Flat 3, Block A, Glens College. I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint against more or less no internet connection which is very crucial for my study.
As you know, internet is vital for everybody particularly for students. We all flatmates are affected with poor quality of internet service. Most of time it remains disconnected and is very slow and irritating once gets connected. Moreover, Modem installed in our flat, as I guess seems very old and makes noise all the time.
Therefore, most accessible form of communication like email,blogging, distant calling etc. heavily relies on good internet service which is vital for our daily communication with friends, families and lecturers. Thus, my humble request to you is replace old modem with new branded one and inspect if there are other causes for this problem.
Your prompt resolution for this problem is highly appreciated.
