A nation should require all of its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college.

In my opinion, "one nation, one rule" is always a better option for students. Here are some examples supporting it.

While seeking for a job the factor of place does not matter. So the same should be maintained in all systems.
The intellectual skill of a student cannot be measured by the place in which he is living. There is no scientific proof explaining it.
Hence I conclude by saying it is ethical to use same across the nation.
