At the general look, while the house prices in Tokyo still remained the same direction, the rest had the dramatic changes as opposite.
In the latter period, only the capital of Spain and the Frankfurt of Germany showed the positive increases in the household costs although they were just mere numbers of a few more than 0 percent.
