In general, the average house prices mainly increased against 1990-1995 and 1996-2002 except Tokyo had a reduced trend from 1990 to 2002.
As can be seen, the average house prices have reduced in New York, Tokyo, and London by more than 5 percent in 1990-1995 ratio to 1989 and the remainder of the two cities increased by approximately 2 percent in 1990-1995. The price in New York increased about 10 percent from 1996-2002, in London house prices increased sharply about 25 percent more than in other cities and that shows the prices in London had an upward trend from 1990 to 2002, in Tokyo house prices a little changed and risen but in Frankfurt did not change a lot, in the last city house prices increased too in 1996-2002.
