Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express dissatisfaction with the changing room in the sports center. Let me elaborate on the situation in more detail.
I am an athlete by profession. I have a swimming competition coming in few days, For which I use to do practice in the sports center. but I am not comfortable with the changing room because whenever I went for changing the dree, something always got missed from the wallet. The condition become worsened, when one day I went to the changing room to change my swimsuit, as it was wet. I hanged up my regular dress on the hanger and went for hand wash. when I came back after washing hands my suit was missing. I had nothing to wear except that wet swimsuit. it was very cold outside, so I got sick.
Since, Than, I have made so many complaints to the sports complex authority, but no one has taken this matter seriously.
I would appreciate if you investigate this issue and take serious action. Also make strict policies regarding changing room.
I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
