Altough access to new technologies has many benefits, but no one can use these technologies without knowledge, therefore, knowledge is the first priority. if government has policy of free education then more people will be able to get new knowledge about new things, for instance, more student can select the computer, information and software degree, which result in development and right use of the technologies. further free education will provide the oppertunities to excel in other areas of science and life that will result in balance economy with rich culture and recreation heritage.
in conclusion, access to new technologies can bring ease to people's lives of any country, however in developing country access to free education is more desireable for growing economy and developing the nation.
