The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The pie charts compare the percentage of 100 respondents who rated the hotel’s customer service in Parkway Hotel in the course of 5 year from 2005 to 2010.
Overall, the service in Parkway Hotel was recorded to have incredibly positive improvements throughout the surveyed period. While the rate of Excellent and Good assessment had a tendency to increase, the percentage of people felt satisfactory, bad, and Really Bad service experienced a considerable downward trend.
A glance at the pie charts for more detail, we can see that the proportion of people who had a sense of satisfaction with service in hotel hold a lion’s share, at 45% ( in 2005), which was 28% higher than that in 2010, at 17%. In addition, in 2010, the level of people who rated for poor and very poor service accounted for merely 12% and 4% respectively, compared with those figures in 2005, they had a good signal.
In the meantime, at the beginning of survey,the last positions belonged to the rate of Excellent and Good service, at 5%, and 14% respectively. In the converse pattern, in 2010, they experience an upward trend. The percentage of people who rated good service significantly rocketed to 39%, followed by assessment of Excellent service, at 28%.
