Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring into your attention that I have forgotten a few of my company documents in your hotel. I visited your hotel for AXA Insurance Staff meeting which was scheduled today around 10 AM.

As much I remember, the meeting was in the conference room which is located on the 15th floor of the hotel beside the library. I kept those documents in a blue color file in the center table located near to the front row.

The file has some confidential information related to company new projects. It has few sticky notes with review comments which I have noted down during the discussion. I hope you will understand the delicacy of those papers.

I would be very grateful if you would be able to collect those as early as possible and confirm me via call on the below mentioned mobile number. I will manage to pick the same in the evening around 6 PM from you while returning back from my work.
