The rendered information in context with the different stages which are undergone for the manufacturing of the olive oil is expounded by the process chart. The whole process comprises of seven steps, beginning from Pickling and ending at sales of olive oil.

To commence with, in the first stage , the olives are plucked from the olive trees manually. Next to it, the fresh olives which are picked from the trees are washed with cold water thoroughly and cleaned properly. In the next stage, the olives are transferred on the belt for smashing purpose. The olives are put on the smashing device . Consequently , the entire material is extracted in two parts, which are olive paste and olive stones. There is no function of olive stones in the further process. Therefore, olive stones are discarded.

Scrutinising further, in the following step , olive paste is filled in the bags which contained numerous holes. In the subsequent step, the bag is pressed in a squeezing apparatus before being separated. As a result, the maximum amount of olive oil is taken out. Further, the liquid is added into a separating device to separate the water and oil. Lastly, the oil is extracted and filled in the bottles. The packed bottles are sent for sale.

The whole process is simple and involving some relevant steps which are very necessary for extracting oil from olive oils.
