A glance at the provided diagram reveals the ways to manufacture leather production.
It is obvious that to become leather good, the animal skin is undergone nine different stages. Besides, the leather is virtually processed by soaking processes and dipping process.
At the beginning of the process, skin of animal is hung on for drying purpose before delivering to the factory. Next, to make sure being clear, it is emerged in the mixture of water and lime to remove contaminants. The next stage is soaking process, which the leather is dipped in lime solution. It, then, is stretched out by flattening equipment.
Once again, the leather is undergone a soaking process; however, this process does not employ tannin solution, which is not the same with solution in previous soaking process. After that, it is processed to be platter in polishing stages. Ultimately, the refined leather is transferred to the factory where it is assembled to be a particular accessory such as bag or shoes.
