Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my feedback about the all-day meeting which is done two days ago at your hotel.I set up a skype call with participants who have invited meeting two days ago.I was glad to hear that they were satisfied with hotel facilities, such as staff welcoming and a comfortable meeting room.
On the other hand, I want to express the participant’s dissatisfaction with food that was served for lunch.All member has had a problem meal which is served as tasteless. Another problem is cleaning where are glasses and dish on the table.
I suggest you install food warmers for all the dishes, and not just for the gravies. I also recommend that you add some western dishes like pasta and toast to your menu.
I really hope that you will consider my suggestions.
