Dear Sir,
I am writing in response to your letter requesting for an acknowledgement of the receipt of my debit card however I would like to inform you that the debit card was missing from the envelope sent to my official address.
To elucidate I have an association of nearly a decade with your reputed bank and such an incident has happened for the first time therefore I am deeply concerned regarding my misuse of my debit card. Although I immediately called your customer care number and informed the phone banking representative of such an incident. The latest update I have from them is that the complaint has been locked with reference number xdfr56788 and they are investigating this matter internally.
Additionally I would also be keen to know what immediate actions would you able to take to address this issue and avoid any misuse of my banking card.
I look forward to your immediate response.
Yours sincerely
Saud
