You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager. Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
In the letter:
• explain why you were at the restaurant
• describe the problems
• write about the action you want the manager to take
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing regarding the unsatisfactory experience my family and I had last night at your restaurant.
that was our wedding anniversary and we have decided to have an interesting night together and to have a delicious meal at a comfortable and convenient place. So, we booked a table for 8:00 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant, everything sounded perfect and of a high standard in the first place. Waiters were quite friendly and welcoming. In addition, the background music was extremely pleasant. our order was consisted of a seafood as main dish and a dessert with some non-alcoholic beverages. it seemed that we are going to have a memorable night at the restaurant.
Despite the great impression we had received, the food was awful. The main dish seemed to be made of rotten fish and smelled terribly and after having some bites, we decided not to continue consuming it, because it was quite possible that it might make us feel sick. it also was not warm enough to eat. However, the dessert was quite delicious.
I would like to inform you about the unpleasant experience we had last night at your restaurant and I believe that if there was a better quality control exerted over the raw ingredients and the cooking itself, there would not occur such an undelightful time.
Yours faithfully,
M Kazi
