Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the broken cloth hanging hooks in the women's changing room. All the existing hooks are too loose to hold a napkin let alone pants or wet towels.Since it has been more than 6 months the changing rooms are extensively used, the continuous load has weaken the wall hooks.We are unable to keep any cloths clean as while changing we have to put our cloths on floor.
I have complained about it last week, the maintenance did tighten the screws but it took only 2 days for cloths to fall back on floor along with with it. People have been complaining about it from months but there has been no potential result or permanent solution.
I would request you to kindly talk with the maintenance guys and get to know what is stopping them from applying a permanent fix on the hooks.Please help them to buy strong nuts and bolts of the correct size which will fit in properly for long time.
