You arranged to visit a friend in England but an important event at home now means that you must change the dates of visit.

Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:

-Explain the important

-Apologize for the situation

-Suggest a new arrangement

Dear marry,

How are you? I hope this letter finds you in good health, I am still relishing the pleasant time we had together on my last visit to England and I was counting the days of my upcoming planned visit in March at your place.

But surprisingly, the important day of my life is finally here, my beloved younger sister is going to get married and be adjusted to her new home. I am very excited and happy for hir. Moreover, as you know I am her only, sister after all and there are so many arrangements that I have to take responsibility for.

so, for the reason mentioned above, I will not be able to make this visit on the planned date. I had to shift the schedule from february to april. I would first like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that I caused.

Further to this, please adjust your leave plan from february to mid of april april. As I have also changed my ticket from 17 february an confirmed to 15 april.

my apologise once again, and I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Warm Regards,
