The first chart below shows how energy is used in an average asutralian household. The second chart shows the greenhouse gas emission which result from this energy use.
summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main feature, and make comparisons where relevant.
The first pie-chart below demonstrates about the average energy consumption by Australian household whereas the second chart depicts the greenhouse gas emission resulted due to use of energy. Both the picture tries to correlate between energy use and energy responsible for greenhouse gas emission.
The first pie-chart, which is about the energy consumption, illustrates which energy is consumed highest and which in lowest. Here, energy consumption is greatest in heating (42%) followed by water heating (30%). The least consumption is in cooling which only accounts 2%. Utilization of energy in other sector such as other appliance, refrigerator and light holds 15%, 7% and 4% respectively.
In the same way, second Pie-chart presents the data which clearly shows that the water heating shares the greatest proportion of greenhouse gas emission among other. Before discussing about the cooling which has minimal effect in producing greenhouse gases, other appliance took its stands for the second position. Similarly, refrigeration, heating and lighting are the other major contributor having 15%, 14% and 8% contribution to greenhouse gas emission respectively.
