Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to raise concern with regards to the invoice about the items purchased from your supermarket.
Let me explain you in more detail. I have visited your shopping store to purchase some home stuffs. While at the billing counter, I was busy in packing the items in my bag, I didn’t go through the bill which is generated. However, when I reached home, I saw there were additional charges of deodrant and T-shirt, is imprinted on the bill, which I have not purchased and it is not in my bag too.
After going through this scenario, I felt, I have been cheated as the clerk has charged me additional money, because I was not alert during the checkout.
I would request you to look into this matter and refund the additional money, which I have paid for. I am attaching the Invoice with this letter and Invoice number is XYZ123, dated on 27th July 2019. I would also recommend to train your staff and check if there is any error in your billing software, to avoid more customer complaints.
