Dear Sir and Madam,
My name is Nita Davis and I am one of your frequent customers. I am writing this letter to report the faulty Chimney that I purchased from your showroom on Tuesday last week.
On Tuesday, 18th December, I visited your store and bought a chimney for my new modular kitchen. Te model no. of the product is N0654IKJ. When I assembled the product and fix into a particular place, it started for some time but then it stopped.
As soon as possible, I called on your shop and asked one of your customer support executives to resolve the issue. He then assured me that my chimney would be replaced or fixed within two working days. I am disappointed to say that as not happened yet and I ave received no communication since then.
I am exceedingly infuriated with bot te quality of the product I purchased from your store. I think this problem will be resolved promptly, I expect to receive a replacement of chimney or my current chimney repaired but only if it could be fixed in a day.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Yours faithfully,
Nita
