The chart below shows the process of waste paper recycling.
The flow chart provided depicted the information about how wasted paper is recycling.
Overall, there are six steps in the process of paper recycling, starting from collecting the wasted paper and finishing in the paper making machine.
The first stage begins when the wasted paper is collected from several sources either from public paper bank or businesses sources such as offices. Next, the manual method is involved to sort and grade the wasted paper according to a certain measure, and unsuitable sheet is left out. After that, it is moved to the paper mill for the following process. When arrives in the mill, the paper is cleaned, pulped and other additional materials sticking on the paper such as paper clips are removed. Then, the de-inking stage is started by removing the previous ink used in the paper as well as glues. The finals process is commenced when the wasted paper put into a machine, resulting in the usable paper.
