You are going on a short training course at a collage in Greenmount, Northern Ireland. You need somewhere to live while you are there.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter,
explain your situation
describe the accommodation you require
say when you will need it
Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter has been written to inform you that I am going to join a 3 months trainee course initiated by your institute in Greenmount, Northern Ireland. As I have already gone through your course curriculum but there is nothing mentioned about an accommodation.
Could you please find a nice dwelling place for me? What I am looking for is the furnished independent room with attached bathroom and kitchen. It will be better if it is near my trainee organisation otherwise try to find a living area within few kilometres where public transport is easily accessible so that I can reach the school on time.
Your trainee course will commence on the 15th of August and I will be there on the 13th of August. It would be very great if you can find such accommodation within the time or before my arrival.
Hope to get a positive reply from you.
Yours Faithfully,
John Hopkins
