The first diagram depicts all the stages involved in cement manufacturing and second picture shows manufactured cement used along with others material in concrete production aiming to construct a building.
It is apparent that there are mainly four steps involve in cement production whereas it takes only one step to produce concrete. Gravel used in a much larger percentage as compared to other material in concrete production.
Looking at the cement production processes, firstly limestone and clay are crushed by crusher and forms powder which passed through the mixer. Followed by next step this mixture is transferred into rotating heater where external heat is applied to warm the mixing powder. Then, the hot mixture is grinned by grinder and converted into cement. Finally, cements are packaged as a form of cement bag.
Moving towards second depiction, concrete is produced by concrete mixer in which a single step is required. In concrete manufacturing, four kind of elements mixed together where small stones and sand are required as per 1:2 ratio. With the gravel-sand proportion, 15% Cement and 10% water also accumulated into the concrete mixer. The mixer is rotated according to clock-wise rotation and consequently concrete is produced as a final product. This ultimate product ready for use for building construction.
