Dear professor Smitt,
I am writing this letter concerning Medical Imaging System course that I every week participate in this class. As you know, I insisted on holding this course between 4PM-6PM regardless of the days of its holding because of my full-time career. Furthermore, it is a postgraduate course and by going ahead, it dramatically becomes hard for me to fulfill the homework. Unfortunately, our firm should participate in an exhibition next month in 16th-28th September inclusive in London and I have to with some employers to manage them.
It is very important to me to pass this course with high rank. However, 50 percent of the evaluation is dedicated to homework that should be done on time, and our presence includes 25 percent of the evaluation. Therefore I don’t want to lose my marks because of delaying in homework delivery or lack of presence.
If you could please consider my situation and kindly let me give my homework after coming back that will be two day before examination time and please don’t consider my absences. I promise listing to all your recording voices and get the acceptable mark.
Your sincerely,
Sheyda
