S
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Navdeep Puri, dweller of Huston Street New York U.S.A, currently designated as a Chief Financial Officer in your company. I am inscribing this epistle to apprise you that due to sudden change in the income tax rules and forms, I was not able to keep the respect of due dates. Unfortunately, I skipped the due date of filing of income tax return and
consequently, one of our prominent clients shifted to other Tax consultant.
As prevailing turmoil in the politics and dynamic conditions of economy make constant changes in the income tax act in order to endow relief to clients, thus they altered the whole procedure of submitting returns and provided very trivial amount of time to perform the work with in due dates. Being overburdened with work, the income tax return of M/s ABC Ltd was completely omitted from my mind.
I assure you that this sort of incident would never take place in the future because I have installed a software which would give us reminders about the pending work. Please accept my apologies, I will try my best so that these sort of recklessness would not put a stain in the reputation of our company.
Once, again I regret for my mistake.
Yours Sincerely,
Navdeep Puri
