These figures aim to provide information about the whole process of concrete production, covering the cement manufacturing procedure.
Generally, the first substrates, limestone and clay, were added into the cement mixer, heated by a heater, cement production was completed. Using a proper amount of concrete mixtures with the right quantity of cement can lead to high-quality concrete as an outcome for the concrete making process.
As shown in the first figure, in order to produce a cement powder, limestone and clay were crushed by a crushing device. The powder was combined in the mixer machine and then was sent into a rotating pipe which is heated by a torch. Finally, the powder was sent through a grinder where a fine cement came out.
In the second figure, showing how to make a concrete, half of the concrete mixtures were made up from gravel via small stones, 25% of it is sand, 15% is cement and the remaining is water. In the end, those compositions are poured into a concrete mixing instrument.
