The given charts illustrate how 100 travellers rated the customer service of the Partway Hotel in two years 2005 and 2010 by a same questionnaire.
Overall, to compare two years, the customer service of this hotel in 2010 was better than the one in 2005. The proportion of people rating excellent and good in 2005 was the lowest, but the one in 2010 is the highest.
To be specific, while the percentage of the people rating excellent in the questionnaire in 2005 was 5 percent, the account for the tourists rating the same option in the questionnaire in 2010 was 25%. Moreover, the proportion of the “good” option which was rated by people travel the hotel was 14 percent in 2005. However, the figure for the option rated by travellers was a significant rise in 2010 at 39%.
Although the “satisfactory” option in the questionnaire which was significantly rated in 2005 (at 45%), moreover, the one rocketted to 17% in 2010. Besides, the proportion of the tourists rating the “poor” option and the “very poor” option took approximately one third in 2005 with 21% at the “poor” and 15% at the another. However, in 2010, it took about 15 percent with 12% at the “poor” and 4% at the another.
