University is a gateway for successful life
A number of famous start-up business men who left school in the early age bring up an opinion that an academic institution is not the only place to make a person’s success. However, it is a rare phenomenon which cannot be a common pattern for all of us in any circumstances. Personally, I totally agree that students can achieve successful lives as long as they obtain genuine knowledge and job-related skills at universities.
Nowadays, I agree that knowledge can be acquired in anywhere like books, workplaces, experience people, friends, co-workers, or especially on the internet etc. However, in the age of 4.0 industries, we are overwhelming with a dozen of chaotic information. It is undeniable that the instruction role of highly-respected teachers is getting more and more significant than ever because they are willing to help students to analyses and systematize knowledge which learners are able to realize how society works and how to deal with certain problems more efficiently and skillfully. As a result, a bachelor degree is a key to open the door to better employment prospect in some professional jobs such as doctors, lawyers or engineers.
Moreover, it leave no debate that there is no better place to develop various soft-skills in college that contribute to a promised occupation they choose. Indeed, conducting researches, writing essays or assignments, learning under high pressure in due time, cooperating in team works etc. are all skills that can be carried over to the work places and highly appreciate by employers. Furthermore, a number of extracurricular programs will increase students’ social interaction abilities which are always recommended for a well-paid job.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that entering university offers learners different choices career ladders because they are confidence enough to survive in a serve competitive labor market. The more they are able to dedicate for desirable jobs, the more they feel success in their life.
