You are organising a trip to Paris, France for a group of students from England.

Write to the manager of the Youth Hostel Association in Paris. In your letter, explain

when you want to visit Paris
how long you will stay
how many students are in your party, and what accommodation you will require

Dear Mr Madjee,

I am writing to inquire your assistance with accommodation in terms of the trip to your city I am currently organising for several students from Cambridge University. First, I would like to share some information with you about the trip.

We are planning to go to Paris in 3 weeks since there will be a festival of flowers in the Floral Gallery. Also, this time of the year is considered the best to see Paris in all beauty.

Our departure is on June 29th, and our forward tickets are for July 12th. Thus, we expect stay in Paris for roughly a fortnight in total.

The group includes fifteen people and consists of thirteen students and two teachers. Therefore, we will need one twin room for adults, 2 twin rooms and 3 triple rooms for the students. Also, each room must have a bathroom and breakfast included; we want to prevent any kind of discomfort during the trip.

Thank you for your time and consideration; I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Kind regards,
Ben Johnson.
