Dear sir/madam

I am writing this letter to express our sincere gratitude towards the help provided by your staff during our stay at your hotel.

I was there at Jungle Safari Resort with my family members for our one month holiday. We enjoyed a lot with pristine view of idyllic Chitwan jungle and wild flora and fauna. Moreover, the fun with elephants in the river and Polo game was a memorable holiday in our life.

In addition, we are so much overwhelmed by the help provided by your staff when I lost my passport during our stay there. Most of the staff came to me and advised possible solutions to the problem and they tried their best to overcome from such a hectic trouble. At the end, we didn't feel any burden in our mind.
