Dear Editor,
I am Anjana, the president of the local social club. Our club is planning to organize seminars in which delegates from different countries will be taking part. Therefore, we would be grateful that if you could give adequate space about our activities in your esteemed daily paper so that we get the maximum participation and support of our local people.
The meetings comprise different social issues and it is a five days event. Besides the cultural events, which shall automatically be there, we shall be touching issues like Global Warming, drug trafficking, female foeticide, Child abuse in the first four days, and career counseling camp on the fifth day which ends our symposium.
The first meeting is on 2nd July 2020, the venue is club cabana and the theme is "Global versus Traditional Culture". We would look forward to your presence at the event.
All our team members are working wholeheartedly to make this event fruitful and successful. Through the power of your pen, you can help us spread the news about our activities which will give immense pride to our small town.
Thanks in Advance and hoping to hear from you soon.
Your's faithfully,
Anjana
