Dear Rakesh,
I hope this letter finds you in the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to inform you that I bought a new home for my family lately and we recently relocated.
As you are fully aware, we were living in a small two-bedroom apartment, which neither hardly had any space for my growing family nor near to the city. Moreover, there were few issues such as water leakage in the bathroom.
Considering all that, I have been saving money to own a new bungalow and now I am proud that we could finally afford one in a beautiful location. My new house is not only located near the city center but also the proximity to the public transport network. Although it is a bit expensive than my budget, maintenance costs for two years would be covered. We now live in a three-bedroom house, including a room for my kids and I am sure my kid will love it. Apart from it, it also has a modular kitchen as well as a courtyard to grow a few plants.
I would like to invite you and your family for dinner and I would be delighted if you can pay a visit this weekend.
See you soon.
Regards,
Sudheerkumar
